Chef and Owner


As a small child Chef Hasson would often help his grandmother Tillie cook dinner, making her specialties, eggplant parmesan and various pasta dishes. As he grew up, Stephen would research recipes and test his cooking abilities, grocery shopping and cooking meals for his family. Chef Hasson's family and friends urged him to pursue his love of cooking, as they watched him evolve into a master of his art. 

Chef Hasson ultimately decided to get a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from Kendall College. After culinary school he worked under Patrick Sheerin at the Signature Room , Chef Grant Achatz at Alinea, Ashlee Aubin at Wood & Salero, and with Thomas Lents at Sixteen.
